Tidligere kursus 2012

for the public opinion on art education, followed by an international seminar and open talks

Welcome to dreams and impossible ideas - looking into the future!

The 31st of August 2012, exiting and radical international and local art practitioners and theoreticians, and the Danish art community, are invited to voice their wishes and visions for what kind of school of performing arts we should be developing today in relation to the local and international art context. What kind of artists are necessary in today’s cultural globe?

Considering from the 1st of August The Danish National School for Theatre and contemporary Dance enters a new organizational reform, changing its name to The National School of Performing Arts of Denmark (NPAS-DK), what do you think a reform of the art education should be about?

The OUTBREAK day also aims to establish new and stronger future links between the school and the Danish and international art community, open up for alternative thoughts, integrate more interdisciplinary exchange, and create new networks.
